Krystina... she honestly is a big reason why I have changed so much as a person since the beginning of my journey through therapy. She had taught me so much that I will continue to work on and use throughout my life. She’s the best!!!!

I have never done counseling before in my life. She is my first therapist and I will not lie I was nervous to even get the help I needed. Nidia makes me feel comfortable, safe, positive.
