Lets grow together!
As a clinical therapist and advocate, Karina understands that unconditional support is a central part in the therapeutic process. Karina will not only give you the unconditional support you deserve and need, but she will also treat you with compassion and respect, which are also important in the therapeutic relationship. Karina has worked with a variety of populations, age groups, and clients in different walks of life. Karina’s clients have described her as ‘easy to talk to’, ‘understanding’, and ‘non-judgmental’.
As your therapist and advocate, I am honored to have this opportunity to support you through therapy as you embark on your journey to self-discovery, happiness, and contentment. I truly believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be the best version of themselves, and to live a happy, fulfilling life, regardless of the circumstances and challenges you have faced. At some point, we all find ourselves requiring help, and that is okay. I am confident that as your therapist, I will be able to discover your strengths and highlight those strengths as you embark in this new journey. Your strengths will be used as building blocks and coping skills to help you overcome whatever curve balls life throws at you. I am confident you will not only overcome those challenges, but you will come out stronger and better than ever. Maya Angelou once said, “No matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.”
I look forward to working with you, and building a successful therapeutic relationship together; one that will allow you to face and conquer your fears, and shine brighter than ever.
